Brenda L. Armstrong concentrates her practice in the representation of closely held businesses and counsels individuals and management on issues relating to business formation, shareholder relationships, financing issues, transactions between businesses and the purchase and sale of businesses and their assets. Brenda assists clients with general business matters, including day to day corporate needs, contract review and negotiation and corporate governance. Brenda also represents companies and individuals with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including purchase and sales, commercial financing and leases.

Experience
Brenda is admitted to practice law in Indiana,
California and Oklahoma and is a CPA. Brenda began her career as a tax
practitioner with Deloitte and Touche. Brenda was in private law
practice for ten years prior to serving for six years as corporate
counsel to an Indianapolis based public insurance holding company.
Brenda has represented public and private companies and individuals in a
variety of corporate and commercial transactions.
Education
Brenda graduated from the University of
Oklahoma where she majored in accounting. Brenda also attended the
University of Oklahoma School of Law and passed the CPA exam while in
law school.
Personal Profile
Brenda is married to David Armstrong, and they
are raising four wonderful children, Will, Emily, Ben and Elisabeth.
Dave and Brenda enjoy spending time with family and friends and staying
involved with their children’s sporting activities and school. The
Armstrong family enjoys vacationing in Florida several times a year.
